IFR – Italian Fiscal Requirements
IFR allows local subsidiaries, with software Infor SunSystems, to meet Italian fiscal requirements.

Fixed Assets Register
This tool allow print out of Fixed Asset statutory reports based on asset class, year.
It’s possible to set predefined and run-time values to allow users to choose their values when running the requested application.
Electronic Billing - Active Cycle
The solution works with invoices issued by the SunSystems Sales module. The solution is limited to the creation of the XML file; the following features are excluded:
- Electronic signature
- Time stamping
- Sending the file
- Replacement storage
- Outcomes management
Electronic Billing - Passive Cycle
For the correct acquisition of the XML invoices received by IFR, it is necessary to make appropriate configurations in the accounting section of SunSystems and in the relevant IFR module. The module is not designed to match invoices with purchasing systems (SunSystems and Ipos) but only for acquiring the invoice in the Accounting module (Ledger registration journal).
SOME Srl, a consultancy firm born in 2001, deals with ERP systems implementation (Enterprise Resource Planning), and it is Infor SunSystems Channel Partner.
SOME has a considerable experience in international projects, focusing on implementation on local (Italian) branches for multinational companies.
SOME created this tool, which is at the same time functional and intuitive to use, to allow companies that use it to deal in a fast and easy way with obligations they are subject to.
IFR integrates smoothly with Infor SunSystems, allowing the necessary functionality to manage better the Italian tax system, including tools to monitor errors.
IFR is customizable: it can be made available only for modules of actual interest, with the possibility of adding new ones in the future when the need arises.
IFR is up to date: as soon as the new ministerial specifications are available, these are implemented and integrated into IFR.
